You can download the playbook page for Light Modeling Paste and Modeling Paste
Modeling Paste:
What it is:
A water-based, thick, yet smooth and flexible texture paste with a slightly satin finish when dry. It holds dimension without cracking and is ideal for textured, sculpted, or layered surfaces.
When to use it:
Use for raised textures that stay flexible—great for canvas, journals, mixed media, and fabric. Perfect for stencil work with cleaner lines.
How to use it:
- Apply with a palette knife, through a stencil, or spatula.
- Let air dry fully.
- Can be painted, waxed, or dry brushed after drying.
- Requires about 24 hours to dry completely.
Pro Tips:
- • Adds structure without a chalky finish.
- • Won’t crack when thick—perfect for journal covers or fabrics.
- • Tint it with acrylic paint or mica powders for custom colors.
- (dries white, so when adding colors, this will affect the final color, it will be more opaque then the tint color)
Light Modeling Paste
What it is:
Pentart Light Modeling Paste is a water based, whipped, fluffy texture paste that’s super lightweight and dries to a matte, flexible finish. It’s like Coolwhip texture. :)

How to use it:
1. Apply with a spatula or brush.
2. Allow to dry then you can paint or decorate with other products.
3. Works well with stencils or for freehand texture.
4. Paintable when dry.
