Product Description:
This water-based glue and varnish is filled with fine glitter particles, adding a sparkling effect to your decoupage projects.
How To Use:
- Apply a thin layer of glitter varnish and glue to your surface.
- Place your decoupage paper on top of the varnish, ensuring it's smooth.
- Put on a coat of the glitter varnish and glue on top of your decoupage
Pro Tips:
- You can put the glitter varnish on select areas you want glittery.
- For a high glitter effect, apply multiple thin layers, allowing each to dry completely before adding the next. This builds up the sparkle without overwhelming your design.
